This is a private island owned by Norwegian Cruise Lines. To book the shore excursions below, please email info@gothiccruise.com with the name of the excursion you would like to book and the names of the passengers you are booking for. The cost of your shore excursion will be added to your final invoice. No advance deposit is required to reserve your spot. By reserving through our group - your excursion is gauranteed against overbooking by Norwegian Cruise Lines.

Private Island Snorkleing $30 per person
This snorkel experience is perfect for beginners and experts alike. You’ll have your equipment all day, so snorkel when you feel like it. Ask any of the instructors for a free lesson, and then explore the exciting underwater world of NCL’s very own private island. Swim or wade around in the sandy shallows to check out the many schools of fish and our artificial reef. Or, if conditions permit, swim outside the cove and discover deeper water and coral formations. Note: Participants must be able to swim. This tour is the length of the ship’s duration in Great Stirrup Cay.

ParaSailing $87 per person
Sail 400 feet above the blue waters of the Bahamas in tandem (2 people at once) while being towed by a brand-new parasail boat, just off the beach of Great Stirrup Cay.

Eco Adventure Boat Tour $43 per person
See the best of the Berry islands aboard a custom touring catamaran. Along the way you’ll be enlightened to the history of the islands as you view marine life such as stingrays and sharks in their natural habitat just a few feet from your seat. Touch a conch and starfish and be entertained by your knowledgeable guide. You may view a 250 foot blue hole, mangrove estuary, caves or the former hideaway of the “Rat Pack”. Note: This tour includes one hour boat ride with narration.

Pre and Post Cruise Party

The Holiday Inn offers free airport to hotel and hotel to airport shuttles. Shuttles leave every 30 minutes. So no long waits. The Holiday Inn has about 5 shuttles.. ranging in passenger size from 9 to 25 people. If you miss the last scheduled shuttle, you can call the shuttle line for immediate pickup. The Holiday Inn is located less then a mile from the airport.. so drive time is about 5 minutes depending on traffic flow.

The Holiday Inn also offers Complimentary transportation with in a 3 mile radius of the hotel with scheduled transportation times to the Florida Mall and area Super Walmart.

The hotel also offers free wireless hi-speed internet access, free parking if your driving in.. and free parking for the week of the cruise.

Because of everyones diverse diets.. we did not include breakfast with this years package. The hotel does offer a full breakfast buffet for $10.99 per person, and a continental buffet for $8.99 per person. Breakfast is available from 6am to 10:30am. The hotel also offers breakfast lunch and dinner via room service.. but please note that your vouchers for your free dinner are not valid on room service.

**** There are NO airports near the cruise port! Orlando Airport is the closest airport to Port Canaveral. It is about an 80 minute drive with toll roads! The cruise lines charge $70 PER PERSON, for roundtrip transfers between the airport and the ship. These transfers are already included in your precruise party package. You do not need to take the post cruise party package for the transfers. If you are driving in and taking the preparty.. you will have free parking for the week of the cruise. The cruise port charges about $115 for parking for the week ****

Dinner will be in the hotels restuarant where you will order off the menu and have your food prepared the way you want it. No buffett this year.. they just dont work.

We recommend everyone arrive at the precruise party prior to 3pm so that you have time to eat dinner prior to the party. We are still working out when we will start the musical festivities of the preparty.. which looks like about 6pm current.. and will end at midnight. Our precruise party will have a cash bar (NO stupid drink tickets) - and will be regular sized drinks.

Maximum occupancy is 4 people per room.
No room has more then 2 double beds.. and fire codes prevent a rollaway.

The majority of the rooms at this hotel are NONsmoking. You will be assigned a nonsmoking room unless you specificaly request a smoking room.
