Hi all,

We have booked flights for a December holiday. We are flying from LHR-DFW on BA.
Our flight details are as follows:

Flight:   BA0193
Status:   Confirmed
From:   Heathrow (London) Terminal 5
To:   Dallas Fort Worth (Dallas) Terminal D
Depart:    Fri 23 Oct 2009, 11:40
Arrive:    Fri 23 Oct 2009, 15:40
Duration:   10hrs 0mins

Flight:   BA0192
Status:   Confirmed
From:   Dallas Fort Worth (Dallas) Terminal D
To:   Heathrow (London) Terminal 5
Depart:    Sat 31 Oct 2009, 17:50
Arrive:    Sun 1 Nov 2009, 07:40
Duration:   8hrs 50mins

During this time we wanted to visit the Caribbean and we chose DFW as this is an AA hub making it easy to connect from BA. We were thinking of going to Costa Rica, however we are unsure of what the climate would be like in late October.

I am open to any doable suggestions, and it would be great if the timings could fit our schedule, also any resort recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Also, would this plane (777) have a chance of being the new club world?

Cheers and thanks in advance for any replies.

Costa Rica is a beautiful destination and is rich in eco-tourism, extreme sports and a very energetic night life.  (White Water Rafting is the best in the world as polled by National Geograpic).  It is also a very religious country.  If you are planning to go to Costa Rica, I have alot of packages that including roundtrip airfare to DFW.  However, Miami is also a major AA hub.  Given the code-share agreements between American and British Airways - your travel time would be cut in half if you flew into Miami.

I do want to point out that Costa Rica is not in the caribbean.  It is considered a South American destination.  Given its northern borders with Nicaragua, the United States has issued travel warnings in the north eastern region.  If you visit, you want to stay south of the central region of Costa Rica.

If you would like info on the Costa Rica Travel Packages, please email me at:   info@allgenretravel.com - please include some of your activities of interest so I can insure I am getting you wantef information.  We have both resort city stay packages, and full tours that include several cities over a 5 to 10 day time frame.

If you are wanting a more Caribbean experience, then I would recomend:  Jamaica, Grand Cayman or Cancun/Cozumel - depending on your interests in activities.  If you are certified divers, then you would want Cozumel which has the 2nd largest barrier reef in the world and is a top dive destination of the Caribbean.  Jamaica offers a more traditional Caribbean experience and is more adult orientated.  Grand Cayman offers some of the best beaches and wider array of beach activies and the Blue Iguana, which is Indiginous to Grand Cayman.    If your looking for archeology focused activities, you will find this in Cancun and Cozumel.. with day trips to Chichen Itza and Tulum.

All three islands offer discounted charter air packages from DFW via 4 different tour companies that we work with.   Resorts range in price from moderate hostels to super all inclusives to adults only/clothing optional resorts.

Again, feel free to drop me an email for additional information:  info@allgenretravel.com
You can also browse through my regular travel site at:    http://content.onlineagency.com/index.aspx?site=85392&tide=8748111
You'll find alot of these packages there with travel dates to select from as well.
